**About the Role**

This is a Senior role within our National Support Office in Ellerslie that will see you responsible for the following:

- Managing and achieving the wholesale budget (Revenue/Volume/Gross Profit) for consumer tyre products across our Family Channel dealerships, other tyre resellers and new vehicle franchise networks
- Optimising the performance of a team of Regional Wholesale Managers, leading them to achieve sales success and excellence.
- Developing and identifying new opportunities for business growth
- Relationship management of dealers, new vehicle franchises and wholesale clients
- Effectively administering the defined business strategy across the wholesale market,
- Implementation and management of pricing strategies
- Initiation and maintenance of Dealer Incentive and Loyalty Programmes

**To be successful you will need**:

- Proven experience managing a sales team and succeeding business targets.
- The ability to confidently build and maintain strong relationships with high level internal and external business stakeholders.
- Strong financial acumen, with exposure to P&L reports
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good computer literacy, with previous SAP and Salesforce CRM experience preferred.
- Ideally a tertiary qualification in Business or Marketing with a blend of industry specific knowledge, sales techniques and leadership skills along with a thorough understanding of Salesforce CRM to track customer interactions, manage leads and analyze sales data.
- To be willing to travel as and when required
