The Havana Coffee Works team is on the hunt for someone who is thirsty for a career in coffee to join our dynamic & passionate cafe sales team. These types of opportunities don't come around often - have you been working with coffee, love coffee, and want to immerse yourself in everything COFFEEUFEEL? If this is you then read on On offer is a Business Development Executive role where the primary focus is finding new customers to trade within the Auckland region. In this role we're looking for someone who is confident & effective at front line new business sales, skilled at managing our growing existing customer base and play an important role building the Havana brand. This position is perfect for a high performing salesperson or hospitality worker who wants to take the next step in their career. The role is primarily out in field hunting out new business opportunities and servicing our existing customers. The person we're looking for needs to have a "hunter" mentality, be willing to get out there and seek out new opportunities and have the resilience to deal with setbacks. Having a passion for coffee, or previous experience working in the coffee industry is also a must for this role, as you'll be engaging with customers and sharing your expertise as a true business partner. At Lion we champion sociability and living well not just for our customers, but for our team members too. To support our wellbeing, the Talent Acquisition team will be away from the office from the 24th December, returning 4th January.
