We're seeking a Business Development Executive to cover a geographical territory including Auckland and the surrounding areas. The BDE is responsible for generating new and maintaining existing affiliate relationships with legal & estate agency firms. Your performance will be pivotal in driving our success, contributing to our organizational growth and offering ample opportunities for your professional development.

You will be the driving force that energizes new and existing partner account, cultivating profitable, long-term relationships. This will be an early stage hire for us in NZ, therefore we need someone who is comfortable working with mínimal support and supervision.

**What You'll Do**:

- Target new partners to generate referred customers for the Client Account Executive (CAE) team to register and then the dealing team to trade.
- You will develop relationships with partner accounts to create sustainable, profitable relationships.
- You will network with local businesses (law firms and estate agencies) to ensure they're aware of the CD products and services for foreign buyers in Spain.
- You will map out your territory and formulate a business development plan with the sales manager to achieve client conversion goals.
- You will clearly communicate the partner benefits for all products and services, recording all information in our CRM (Salesforce)

**What You'll Need**:

- Previous experience in a field sales role with a proven track record of target achievement and delivering sales results.
- You'll nee to be a self-starter who can work with mínimal direct supervision
- Previous experience in estate agency or financial services
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- A sales orientated, commercial mindset
- Valid driving licence

**Bonus Points**:

- Previous experience of sales in a financial services or currency exchange environment would be highly desirable
