Job Description
The Role
Our Services team members are experts in trading and fulfilling service offerings across both retail & commercial customers.
As the Services Operations Lead, your day to day involves:
- Leading and supporting the Services Operations team (circa 7 team members) to deliver the day to day operational needs of the Services business function and its team in network.
- Developing, implementing and maintaining ways of working and capabilities for the Services business.
- Developing and implementing robust end to end processes that deliver the best possible customer experiences.
- Creating and implementing technical processes to deliver Services propositions and scale across the country.
- Maintaining internal systems and recognising areas for process improvement
- Project managing implementation of initiatives and projects.
- Continuous improvement focused both on customer experience and optimising cost to service
Qualifications
About You
Operationally savvy and target driven, with a personality, you’re passionate about the customer experience. Your excellent communication and relationship management skills will put you in good stead, as this role will see you work cross functionally with a range of internal stakeholders at all levels.
Equally important is your ability to develop, empower and nurture your team to drive engagement and best practice. Your passion and drive to share knowledge and raise the bar will be infectious.
