**About the organisation**:
Our client, based in East Auckland is looking for a data driven and articulate leader to join its Infrastructure Support team. With offices across NZ and Australia and having recently acquired another business, this commercial entity is in growth mode.

**About the role**:
Work with the IT Operations Manager to act as the mesh between customer success, service delivery and change comms with the wider business. With the opportunity to build and design effective service blueprints that ensure adequate and efficient service frameworks for both internal and external users, this is a great opportunity to join a scaling business and make your mark.

You may be a Service Desk Team Lead or perhaps a Customer Success Manager looking for an internal opportunity... keep reading as this could be your next step Execute various projects and processes that align with the standards of the organisation's infrastructure. You will also take overall responsibility for infrastructure support areas as the team develops.

**About you**:
You'll need experience with the following in order to be considered
- Exposure to a Service Delivery environment i.e resolving level 2 and 3 technical escalations
- Creation of standards and SLAs
- Good understanding of networking and switching
- Sound understanding of Office 365
- Azure and Hyper-V
- Change management involving a product/service
- Leadership experience of small team would be beneficial, as this role will be managing a team of 6
