**About the Role**
Reporting into the National Manager Marketing and Communications, this senior role will provide communications advice and support to the Clinical Services directorate within the business.
This role is pivotal in terms of developing the Communications Strategy for a key business unit within the Clinical Services directorate, alongside communication support in strategic clinical-led projects.
This role includes stakeholder management, leader-led comms and more traditional comms, working with other key internal stakeholders to help deliver the communications programme. It is both strategic and hands on - ensuring the clinical website content is accurate and up to date, and managing external clinical information and materials are provided in an appropriate format, through the right channels.
There may be critical deadlines to be met so a resilient and collaborative person with excellent stakeholder management and project management skills will thrive here.
Working with stakeholders within the business, this is a senior role requiring someone to hit the ground running - knowing who and how to influence while working with stakeholders driving the established strategy, while also on the tools to delivering a variety of relevant comms.
**About You**
You will be a Senior Communications specialist with 6-8 years' experience in the communications field, ideally with a track record of leading and delivering communications strategies.
You will be highly organised and have excellent stakeholder management skills.
You will have excellent relationship management and influencing skills, a person who can read a room and who people like to have around You will be collaborative and driven by the organisations values.
You will be innovative in your approach and comfortable with ambiguity. Enjoy being strategic and hands on.
Naturally you will have been extremely well-developed writing capability. You will have experience creating engaging and compelling comms with proven results/feedback across a variety of communications channels.
You are resilient to high pressure and able to deliver to tight deadlines while simultaneously maintaining high quality stakeholder engagement.
You will have a good creative eye and attention to detail with the organisation mission at the heart of all comms.
