**Job Description**:
We currently have two exciting opportunities to join the Loss Prevention Team in our Palmerston North store

Your primary focus will be on preventing shrinkage (theft) by monitoring security cameras, following procedures around recovery, and promoting a safe environment for both the team and customers.

This role is fast-paced and requires someone who can work on their feet a lot. You will need to have a keen eye for detail, and ensure that the store is running smoothly, safely and securely. Being able to cope under pressure and calmly problem solve is your superpower

Experience in Loss Prevention is a plus, but not necessary. There will also be times where you are needed to help customers with their queries, so experience in retail is ideal Flexibility in shift availability would be an advantage as you may be required to cover additional hours or attend training.

**We have two positions available, please indicate your preference in your note to recruiter**:
**Position 1**: Friday and Saturday 4pm-10.30pm

or

**Position 2**:Sunday and Mondays 3.30pm-10.30pm

**Qualifications**:
Ideally you will have:

- Interest in Loss Prevention
- Able to cope under pressure
- Ability to think on your feet and problem solve
- Capable of being on your feet for long periods of time
- Clean Criminal history
- Excellent communication skills both Written and Oral
- Flexibility to occasionally pick up additional hours
