**Job Description** Te kaupapa o te tūranga - The purpose of the role.**

We are currently seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Support 2IC. In this role, you will assist the Sales Support Manager in leading and developing our team, which is responsible for managing all customer-critical processes at the ‘front of house’ (Checkout, Customer Service, Loss Prevention and Administration). You will also support the business by stepping into the Sales Support Manager role to cover leave and act as Duty Manager of the store on occasion.

Your responsibilities will also extend to supporting back-of-house operations, ensuring that internal audit requirements are met, and daily administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner.

**This is a permanent full-time position with the following hours of work**:

- Sunday: 10:30am to 7pm
- Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday: 8am to 4pm
- Thursday: 2pm to 10:30pm

**Qualifications** He kōrero mōu ake - About you**
- has demonstrated retail experience in a large-scale, big-box environment
- has ability to stand on your feet for extended periods of time
- should possess strong leadership skills and have excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- ideally you will have strong word processing skills
- will actively contribute to our Store Leadership meetings
- above all, we value a passion for enhancing both customer and employee experiences
