As the Sales Business Partner for our Central Otago region, you will be based in Cromwell or Queenstown and will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, nurturing relationships and making a significant impact on the company's success.

You will build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including Joinery & benchtop manufacturers, constructors and trade Merchants etc, Staying up-to-date with industry developments is something you pride yourself on, as well as your product knowledge, as well as enjoying monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in the building materials industry or related field. Otherwise, you may be a Building Business Owner, wanting to come off the tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth, through your strong commercial nous.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to travel locally and from Alex to Invercargill.
