**Mo te tunga | About the role**

The Critical Command Information (CCI) Hub is a national capability within the National Command and Coordination Centre (NCCC), supporting strategic deployment decisions through timely, actionable insights. The Senior Intelligence Analyst will report to the Intelligence Supervisor - CCI Hub and contribute to the development of the Insights Report, a key product that synthesises intelligence, performance, demand, and other critical information streams.

This role is ideal for an experienced intelligence professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment and is passionate about enabling evidence-based decision-making at the strategic level.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Lead complex analysis across multiple information domains to support strategic deployment and coordination.
- Produce high-quality written products and deliver concise verbal briefings to senior decision-makers.
- Identify emerging risks and trends in the operating environment and contribute to the development of the Insights Report.
- Coach and mentor junior analysts, supporting their development in intelligence tradecraft.
- Collaborate across business groups to integrate diverse perspectives and ensure holistic analysis.
- Support the Intelligence Supervisor in maintaining quality standards and driving continuous improvement.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive approach to professional development and stakeholder engagement.
- Familiarity with the tasking and coordination processes is an advantage but not essential.
