ABI Rehabilitation is a brain injury service passionate about providing world class rehabilitation. We are the only provider in Australasia to have attained CARF Accreditation, an international gold standard for person centeredquality rehabilitation.

We are currently looking for a senior Social Work contractor to join our progressive interdisciplinary team. The applicant must have excellent communication and a demonstrated track record of teamwork to provide specialist social work services to clients presenting with acquired brain injury.

The case load is varied,and key areas include delivery of effective social work interventions to clients in a community setting, completion of practical social work tasks to enhance client rehabilitation, and family/client counseling support and liaison.

The successful applicant will work in partnership with other team members including the client, therapists and funders to achieve client centered outcomes, and will be a registered member of ANZASW. There are opportunities for professional development and a dynamic team environment. A minimum of three years post-graduate experience with a minimum of two years experienceworking with clients who have neurological impairments, or advanced practice in a rehabilitation setting, is preferable.
