We're looking for a dynamic Manager, Go-to-Market (Māori Sector) to join our team. In this role, you'll work closely with the Head of Go to Market and Senior Managers to establish and sustain a high-performing Go to Market function, with a focus on delivering value to Māori customers and communities. As Manager, Go-to-Market (Māori Sector), you will: - Drive the development of new propositions and lead the delivery through strong project management capability to deliver value to Māori Business Banking customers. - Build productive relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners. - Ensure our offerings reflect Te Ao Māori values and the needs of Māori customers—from idea to market launch. - Contribute to prioritising our pipeline of Go-To-Market initiatives, considering customer outcomes and business needs. **Ō pūkenga | About You** You will bring: - Confidence to create momentum for new ideas and help bring them to life in a corporate environment. - The ability to ask smart questions, listen critically, and build creative solutions. - Readiness to be part of a dynamic, fast-paced team. - Willingness and confidence to deliver under pressure. - 3 years' experience in strategy, product, marketing, or similar - Proven ability to execute and deliver results. - Project management experience (desired). - An understanding of the Māori world view and the Māori economy (desired). **Te mahi ki ASB | Working for ASB** At ASB, our people grow their agile mind-set, learn, evolve, and use their skills, while being empowered to make decisions.
