**Job description**:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Power Platform Technical Consultant

**Key responsibilities for the role**:
We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365/Power Platform Technical Consultant to join our growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career and work on high-impact projects for a wide range of clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with clients to understand their requirements and design custom Dynamics 365/Power Platform solutions
- Configure, develop, test and deploy Dynamics 365 customizations
- Develop custom workflows, plugins, and custom reports
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot any issues that arise with the Dynamics 365 platform
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices for Dynamics 365 development
- Continuously evaluate and recommend enhancements to the Dynamics 365 platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project success

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience with Dynamics 365 development and implementation
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Customization, Configuration, and Development
- Proficiency in C#,.NET, and Power Platform
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
