**About the Position**:
Your role will be to process Inwards Goods, communicate with internal customers and suppliers and to provide excellent customer service to our team members across the store. Attention to detail is essential for this role as is being organised.

Our Inwards Goods team processes incoming deliveries, and keeps the flow of stock coming into the main store in a smooth, consistent manner. This includes our warehouse building where you will be responsible for ensuring excess stock is stored correctly and the building is kept clean, tidy and accessible.

This is a challenging but rewarding role, working together with the Trade and Dispatch teams making sure they have everything they need to complete their tasks.

A good level of physical fitness is required to help lift any inwards deliveries, as well as to be on your feet all day. This is a permanent, full time role working Monday to Friday - 7.00am to 4.30pm (45 hours per week).

**What you will bring**:
Ideally, you will adapt to a new environment and pick up our systems quickly. Computer literacy as well as great inter-personal skills will help you succeed in this role. Due to the nature of the role you will be required to do some lifting so a good level of physical fitness is required.

Previous customer service experience, or building and timber knowledge would be an advantage, but it is your strong personal values that align with ours that will make you successful at Mitre 10.

For this position a **full, clean NZ driver licence is essential** and current F endorsed forklift certification is an advantage. However, if you have a full licence and a willingness to learn we will happily put you through forklift licence training.
