**About the Role**

Located at the distribution centre in Mt Wellington, but soon moving to new-state-of-the-art distribution centre at Wiri, this hands-on position will be responsible for leading and directing staff performing inwards goods and put away activities. Reporting to the Supervisor, you will maximise efficiencies of incoming stock put away. In addition, this position is responsible for ensuring that all dangerous goods storage is in within the prescribed legislation parameters and in the correct storage mediums.

**You will be someone who**:

- Puts safety first Our team prioritise safety, ensuring that we go home the way in which we arrived at work. You'll be proactive in keeping our warehouse presentable and safe.
- Takes pride in their work Your key focus will be to accurately process inwards goods and paperwork in a timely manner.
- Coaches and supports a high performing team in a fast paced, dynamic environment

**What we're looking for**:

- Previous warehouse experience with a focus on receivables and team lead experience
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Maintain accurate records and report discrepancies
- A Driver licence and forklift licence (advantageous)
- A Physical capacity to lift up to 20kg
- Commitment to safety and building strong working relationships
- Drive and a willingness to learn
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Above all, passion to be the best and continually raise the standard
