**About the role**

We have a fantastic opportunity for a recent Law Graduate wishing to start their career with a market-leading company. The position of Legal Advisor has been designed to establish a mutual fit for the applicant and FUJIFILM, starting as a junior Legal Advisor and then developing into a full-fledged Legal Counsel.

This position is ideally suited for someone with a can-do and customer focused attitude who can demonstrate proactive, pragmatic, and commercial approach to legal issues.

Other duties include:

- Negotiating and drafting customer and supplier contracts
- Contract analysis and reporting
- Supporting strategic projects
- Focusing on legal risk management
- Supporting commercial disputes
- Issue triage & resolution
- Policy inception, revision, and ongoing management

**Skills & experience**

To be considered successful for this position, you will have:

- Hold a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and current eligibility for a NZ Law Society practising certificate
- Prior legal or commercial experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Excellent communication and drafting skills
