**About the team** Auckland based; you will report to the Chapter Lead - Support Services Marketing, Strategy and Corporate Relations. This chapter is part of Support Services Centre Of Excellence, a centralised team on 17 that works across the whole business supporting Directors and Tribe Leads in Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington and Christchurch to provide seamless support throughout the business. **About the role** Support Services Lead role (part of Marketing, Strategy and Corporate Relations Chapter) - Data & Automation Spark Group Lead - Business Unti Lead Qrious - Automation & Analytics Tribe Lead **Culture** No two days are the same, and we are always ready to adapt to what might lie around the corner. Agile replaces the traditional hierarchical organisational structure to produce a transparent, collaborative environment with highly productive teams who are empowered to deliver better outcomes for our customers, communities, and all of New Zealand. **Roles and Responsibilities** - Diary and other admin assistance to Leads within the Cluster - Work within the squad to meet the needs of the Cluster - Other duties needed to ensure success e.g. event management, project work **Some of the Tasks that we do** - Diary Management (60 - 80%) - Travel Bookings (we use serko and Tandem Travel - this would be part of induction training) - Expenses (we use Dynamics - this would be part of induction training) - Event Management (we have Quarterly Big Room Planning with Tribes which we work closely with Agile Coaches to plan, Conferences these are predominantly run by us but we work closely with Directors to plan, Christmas Parties etc) - Arranging set up of new staff/contractors (this would be part of induction training) - Ordering Stationery via Dynamics (this would be part of induction training) - Arranging carparks, catering, Purchase orders (this would be part of induction training) - Provide backup support amongst the Support Services team ***What this will mean for you** - The opportunity to partner more with a variety of Leads within the cluster to help them achieve their goals - Working within the Chapter to provide excellent support within the clusters - Developing and growing within the clusters as you become more involved in the business - Partnering with a number of different people on a variety of tasks **What experience you'll bring**: - You are reliable, flexible and have a "can do" attitude with a willingness to help others - You are well organised and able to prioritise workload - You are experienced in multiple diary management - You are able to work at pace and pivot with changing priorities - You have high attention to detail **WHY CHOOSE US**: **Diversity and Inclusion: Te Kanorau me te Whakawhāiti mai** At Spark, we are constantly looking for ways to build a more inclusive culture.
