As a Service Technician in the Christchurch branch, you will be a key member of the Crosscom Technical Services team and be hands on with clients across industry sectors, understanding their needs and requirements therefore setting them up for success. You will work around servicing, maintenance on both new and existing clients, being an SME on the Crosscom technology and be best positioned to consult on the utilisation, optimisation making productive recommendations and assisting the business development goals CSE Crosscom.

**What we are looking for**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Certifications in Electronics & Communications, RF engineering or related field
- Previous experience working in a client facing environment in either Radio, Wireless IP Networking or Microwave technology, CCTV, PAGA (Analogue, P25 & DMR experience highly favorable)
- Knowledge of Auto Electrical processes for Radio installation of vehicles
- Management of radio programming, testing and maintenance of code plugs
- Experience in a Technician/Service based role, with a track record of high-level customer service.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with ability to clearly communicate to all levels of business.
- Exceptional critical thinking, problem solving, fault finding and decision making around client's needs to provide expert solutions in sometimes time critical circumstances.
