Were seeking a Manager, Platform Delivery (Claims NZ& Inbound/Storage))to oversee the delivery and operations of our Claims NZ and Inbound/Storage platforms. This is a pivotal leadership role where you'll shape platform strategy, ensure stability, and lead a high-performing agile team to deliver secure, scalable, and customer-focused solutions.
This is a permanent full-time role based in Tmaki Makaurau (Auckland).
Ng Mahi Hei Whakatutuki Mu | What You'll Do
Lead platform delivery across Claims NZ and Inbound/Storage, with a strong focus on inbound storage strategy and execution. Drive simplification, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver impactful business outcomes. Provide strong leadership and people management, fostering innovation and accountability.
