We’re on the hunt for a visionary **Platform Delivery** **Manager**to lead the evolution and performance of one of IAG’s most critical technology platforms. This role will see you at the heart of delivering our technology strategy, ensuring operational excellence today while shaping a platform for the future.

**Mō te**Tūranga** | About the Ro**le**

As a Platform Delivery Manager, you’ll be accountable for end-to-end delivery of strategic and high-impact projects across the platform. You’ll work closely with business and technology stakeholders to shape, prioritise and sequence demand, leading delivery teams to bring these initiatives to life. You’ll support the transition of our people and delivery practices to a modern SaaS environment, delivering a world-class customer solution for one of the largest insurers in Australia & New Zealand.

Key deliverables for success in this role:
**Delivery Leadership**: collaborate with stakeholders to shape delivery roadmaps, align with strategic goals, drive workforce planning and partner management to maintain capability and quality, while reporting on progress, risks, and issues to key stakeholders, including the CIO and program teams. Additionally, champion engineering excellence, automation, and agile methodologies.

**Technology & Strategic Enablement**: Lead the delivery of secure and scalable experiences, provide thought leadership and insight to influence technology planning, build solutions for growth, and contribute to innovation and risk management.

**People & Culture**: Inspire and lead a high-performing team, embed IAG’s purpose and values, create a supportive environment, and support both personal and platform growth.

This is not a product or digital delivery role - it’s about **delivering technology outcomes on a core platform** that underpin our core business. You'll ensure platform change is executed efficiently, aligned to architecture and standards, and delivered at pace.

**Ōu Pūkenga | About You**
- You’re an experienced Delivery Manager or Program Manager with a strong background in delivering complex technology change
- You know how to navigate technical complexity, align teams, and drive delivery through structured planning and agile execution

You’ll bring:

- Experience delivering large-scale or multi-stream platform projects in complex enterprise environment
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
- Knowledge of modern platform architectures, integration and delivery practices
- Drive culture change by focusing on future delivery methodologies, creating a safe environment, and ensuring operational excellence while shaping the future platform
- Maintain a calm, pragmatic approach to delivery leadership, balancing urgency with quality and strategy, while growing a high-performing team
- Continuous improvement mindset, leading change and evolving delivery practices
