**Customer Support Representative | Lloyd Elsmore Park Pool and Leisure Centre**

You will be joining our team at Lloyd Elsmore Park Pool and Leisure Centre whose main goal is to inspire Aucklanders to be more active. You only get one chance to make a fantastic first impression and our Customer Support Team are the people that make it happen when Aucklanders visit our Centres.

Working as a Customer Support Representative, right from the first smile you will be responsible for ensuring an effective and professional frontline service to our diverse customer base, dealing with a wide range of inquiries, both face-to-face and on the phone. You will find that no day is the same

We have **3 casual opportunities,**so you’ll need to work flexible hours as and when needed, including weekends, early starts and late finishes. LEP is_ _a busy aquatics centre, and although lifeguarding may not be your primary role, we do at times require support on poolside.

You will have proven administration and communication skills, as well as the ability to use your initiative to resolve problems and satisfy your customers' needs. You’re outgoing and enthusiastic nature, combined with a passion for delivering excellence in customer service, is the key to success in this role.

We aim to upskill and progress your career, so if you wish to train and take on other functions within our centres such as Learn to Swim Instructor, Fitness Instructor or Recreation Assistant opportunity is there As a Team member, you can also pick up extra shifts if you are hired into a part-time position, both in the centre you were first hired to work in, or others.

**Pay rate: $28.95 /hr**
