**Casual Team Member | Manurewa Pool and Leisure Centre**

Working as a casual team member at our lovely Manurewa centre is an opportunity for you to make a real difference in the community.

We are looking for a casual team member who will be predominantly working as a customer support representative. You will be responsible for ensuring effective and professional frontline service to our diverse customers, dealing with a wide range of enquiries, both face-to-face and on the phone. You will find that no day is the same

As a casual team member, you are responsible for:

- Provide a safe environment through proactive supervision and positive interaction with customers
- Educate and enforce pool rules
- Respond to any First Aid emergencies
- Ensure pool and surroundings are clean at all times
- Support other functions as required after training

We are currently looking for a casual team members.

Our centre opens from 5:30 am - 9:00 pm on weekdays and 8:00 am to 6:30 p on weekdays; the ability to work early night, late night, and weekends is crucial.

You will have proven administration and communication skills, as well as the ability to use your initiative to resolve problems and satisfy your customers' needs.

You’re outgoing and enthusiastic nature, combined with a passion for delivering excellence in customer service, is the key to success in this role.

You are tech-savvy and able to navigate different Microsoft programmes.

Having an Interest in our lifeguard and learn to swim function would be advantageous.

By the same token, if we occasionally need some help in other areas such as at our front desk and general customer service duties, as a team member, you may be called on to cover these areas if short-staffed or at peak periods.

**Pay Rate: 27.80/h+**_(Our employer Kiwisaver contribution is an addition to base salary offered.)_
