**National Role with an Auckland Home Base**

We have an exciting role for an enthusiastic HR Practitioner to join our Packaging business working across our New Zealand manufacturing facilities. This unique opportunity is your chance to shine and really add value to our business units, providing support across the full employee lifecycle (HR activities, administration, reporting, L&D and more).

We offer a supportive and professional working environment where you will be a key member of the wider HR Team, based across multiple sites around NZ and Australia. If you’re the type of person who likes to roll up your sleeves and get the job done, then read on.

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager; the person we are looking for is a quick learner who can hit the ground running. You will be an Advisor or junior HR Business Partner with the proven ability to influence others in sound judgment and decision-making; have great Interpersonal and communication skills; be a creative thinker; one who can be solutions & delivery focussed; and above all have an explicit customer service ethos.

To be considered for this role you must possess:

- Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Two years or more HR advisory level experience, ideally working within a unionised environment and or large multi-site organisation.
- The ability to build effective working relationships at all levels of an organisation
- Have a solid understanding of NZ employment relations environment and legislation
- Exposure to HRIS and LMS
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
