As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled Human Resource Manager who can lead our HR initiatives and help shape the future of our company.
**Key** R**esponsibilities**:
- Develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate HR strategies, policies, and plans aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee recruitment, selection, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Manage employee relations, including attendance, disciplinary actions, and investigations.
- Handle resourcing needs for both seasonal and permanent staff, employing effective sourcing and retention strategies.
- Partner with leadership to support HR processes, including compensation, benefits, and employment agreements.
- Maintain accurate employee records and serve as the primary HR contact.
- Identify training and development needs, and implement relevant programs.
- Develop and manage performance management systems.
- Represent the organization in negotiations with employees and unions.
- Develop and implement occupational health and safety, and equal employment opportunity programs to ensure legal compliance.
- Monitor employment costs and productivity levels.
- Provide training and advice to other managers on personnel and workplace relations matters.
**Q**ualifications** **and Other Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field, or at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR management systems.
- Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies.
- Knowledge of performance management, recruitment, and employee relations best practices.
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends to inform HR decisions.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $45 per hour. Employees will work a standard 35-hour workweek from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. While additional hours may be required, they are optional.
