We are looking for a **Customer Services / Sales support **team member to help us deliver excellent service and demonstrate to our clients that we have what they need

This is a full-time position Tuesday to Saturday 7:00am to 3:30pm. Customer Service is open 7:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday and Saturday 7:00am-3:30pm, so you will need to be available to assist with cover during these hours from time to time.

Full training will be provided - skills as noted below will be a great advantage:
**Key accountabilities of the role include**:

- Working closely with our customers, sales team, service & transport teams
- Working with our centralised customer services team
- Answering in-bound calls from our amazing customers
- Handling of customer queries
- Problem solve our customer service-related tasks from a skills and experience perspective
- Excellent customer service
- Problem solving and analytical ability
- Effective communication skills both oral and written
- Must be fluent in written and verbal English
- Using the ‘Salesforce’ system to log customer related information
- ‘SAP’ experience would be an advantage
