We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to add value to our Student Journey Centre. Our Customer Service Representatives play a vital first-point of contact for students and enquirers, and we are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter to join our motivated team.
- Effective listening skills, a great telephone manner and the ability to empathise with enquirers from a wide variety of backgrounds.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

You will have a passion for impacting the lives of everyday people and seeing them achieve their educational goals and dreams. You will also constantly be striving to be the best you can be, just as our students do and you pride yourself on the quality of your work.

You will have:

- The ability to prioritize workload to make sure all enquiries are answered within expected timeframes.
- Attention to accuracy and be able to quickly assimilate information and provide enquirers with correct information at all times.

The Kuratini Tuwhera is Aotearoa New Zealand's leading distance and online learning provider. We are a subsidiary of Te Pūkenga (New Zealand Institute of Skills and Technology).
