**The Role**

As a Customer Service - Parts Interpreter with TWL, Wellington you will be the first point of contact for our customers who are seeking advice on genuine aftermarket parts. Based in location Your focus will be to ensure you understand their needs and deliver the right parts in a timely manner, while keeping them updated on any changes. You will nurture existing customer relationships and seek opportunities for growth through value-added sales.

**About You**
- Have a mechanical aptitude - you could be a mechanic wanting off the tools or an automotive enthusiast with parts knowledge
- Be Health & Safety focused.
- Be able to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Have an inquisitive mind, paired with exceptional communication skills.
- Be technology savvy to handle invoicing and parts sourcing.

This is a role where teamwork is crucial to achieve desired outcomes, and we are looking for someone who is approach able, resourceful, with amazing time management.
