Job Description**
Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role**

The coach, the facilitator, the mentor, the collaborator and the enabler. These points are all true for this position. Here’s the even cooler partyou’ll be embedded in 2-3 of our delivery squads and get the opportunity to add value by enabling these squads to get the most value out of their delivery.

Qualifications**
Ko wai koe - About you**
Apart from being a natural people person with a background in relationship management, strong communication skills, and you’ll have a keen eye for seeing opportunities to grow and expand your people.

Our goal is to support squads and those collaborating with them to deliver value at a sustainable pace. Here’s a glimpse of how that translates into the key activities of this position;
- Support Product Owners and create opportunities for them to thrive with their squads
- Work with squads, and if necessary, management, to identify and swiftly remove barriers that get in the squad’s way
- Help squads navigate through the complexities of teamwork so they can collaborate and self-organise to solve problems together
- Create and sustain an environment where squads have tight feedback loops on their delivery goals, access to metrics, and embrace learning and continuous improvement.
