Position Summary:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve property’s financial room and catering goals whilst consistently analysing market information
- Responsible for managing large group/catering related opportunities with significant revenue potential
- Support the hotel’s service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by creating classic and timeless experiences with each traveller experience
- Use negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts
- Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external
- Ensure you and the team uphold all company policies and procedures whilst enabling achievement of property sales objectives
- Lead and manages all day-to-day activities related to the sales function
- Ensure your team is focused on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that ensure travellers have everything they need
- Be an approachable and confident leader by providing comfort and support to the team
- Plan and execute team building activities so associates feel part of the Four Points team

About You:

- Experience in a similar managerial role
