**About the role**

You will report to the Manager - Operations, and provide quality technical assistance, administrative support and services for an allocated function area. At times you will be required to work across other administration function areas and at other campuses in Tāmaki.

**About you**
- To be successful in this position, ideally you will have:

- Diploma in Business Administration or Computing (Level 5)
- Full NZ Driver Licence (Clean - Class 1)
- Extensive experience in administration at a senior level
- Proven supervisory experience
- The willingness to participate in Te Ao Māori
