**Ko tāu ake mahi | What you will be doing**

**This role is for hours 32-40 hours per week**

Working within the 24Hour Surgery (24HS) Operations Support Team, this role will have primary responsibility for the effective production and management of the Nursing Roster and other rosters. This involves liaising with staff, contractors, Team Leaders, and Senior Management to ensure the rosters are filled, leave is recorded, gaps are identified and communicated in a proactive manner. This role is also provides high quality administrative support to the Nursing Leadership team of the 24HS.

- Minimum 5 years rostering experience
- Highly effective communication skills.
- Proven relationship management skills with a wide range of people that aligns with our values
- High attention to detail
- Enjoy working as part of a team, within a fast paced and busy environment.
- A methodical, organised approach and understand the need to respond/deliver work within agreed timeframes.
- Experience in the health sector is also highly desired
