Group Manager, Insights Data and Communication

Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will lead these portfolios:

- Data and Analytics
- Marketing and Digital
- Communications and Content
- Research Evaluation and Insights

You will be part of a tight knit Leadership Team, and in this role you will:

- Work collaboratively with other Leadership Team members to achieve EECA's strategy, and role model EECA's four key behaviours.
- Lead the group to build capability and performance in data and analytics, as well as delivering research and analysis, to provide the communication of robust evidence and insights to the market and New Zealand as a whole.
- Lead the group to develop engaging communication and marketing campaigns that promote energy efficiency, empower energy users and accelerate the use of renewable of energy.
- Ensure that EECA's position as a trusted authority on issues relating to energy efficiency, conservation, and renewable energy

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- Extensive senior leadership experience
- Demonstrated experience in leading business transformation
- Experience in science or technical communications
- Experience with data science
- Ability to engage with technical analysis
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to connect the Group across and beyond EECA
- Understanding of the energy sector
