**Te kāinga rua | The opportunity**

Join an ISO 19650 certified business, where you will be supporting Digital Engineering and Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes across a range of projects. You will be supporting our team as we embed digital engineering related practices into transformational programmes, contributing to projects that are shaping our communities and cities. You won’t be alone. You will be supporting, working with, and learning from some of the industry’s leading Digital Engineering practitioners.

In this role, you will support our senior team members with various BIM and DE related tasks whilst developing your collaboration skills and building your digital engineering knowledge. You will enjoy helping others, working collaboratively and have a can-do approach focused on supporting others to achieve project outcomes. On the job teaching will be provided to help you upskill in the software and processes we implement on our projects, so a willingness to learn and grow this expertise is key.

Initially the role will involve providing day to day support to our wider team members with various BIM / DE related tasks, this could involve working in Microsoft Word or Excel one day, and Autodesk Navisworks or Revizto the next. As you gradually build experience and grow in confidence you will begin to take on more of a hands-on roll in project delivery. This approach to upskilling is underpinned by Beca’s award-winning graduate programme and will provide you with the foundations that you need to build a successful career in this exciting space.

You will be passionate about BIM and DE, have a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn. No task will be too small, we operate as a team and the success of the team relies on everyone working together to achieve outcomes for our clients. You may be a graduate or early stage of your career, where you will work with our team who will help you build a challenging, dynamic and rewarding career where you get to work across a wide-range of projects, industries and disciplines to embed digital engineering solutions into all that we do.

- You have basic knowledge and understanding of BIM authoring, model federation, and issue management software (such as Revit, Navisworks, Revizto, BIM360, the Autodesk and / or Bentley software suite etc.), and will be excited to continue to grow your experience with these tools
- You will have an applicable university or technical qualification in Architecture, Building Science, Construction Management, Engineering, or similar
