We are looking for a high calibre person to be involved in technical engineering and enhancement of the Wintel platforms supporting the ANZ-NZ ATM (Automated Teller Machine) and Fraud platforms.

What will your day look like

In this role, you will have these opportunities/responsibilities to:
Support and Maintenance of a growing suite ATM Platform Applications, including Software Distribution and Monitoring Systems
Planning and execution of low-impact platform maintenance tasks, including security updates.
Planning and execution of various campaigns to the ATM fleet on a regular basis.
Providing continual enhancements to the hardware, security and monitoring platforms.
Reduction of high severity incidents through prioritised problem management.
Focus on automation, and identify and automate all the repeated manual tasks in maintaining the lifecycle of ANZ NZ’s ATM fleet.
Ensuring compliance to ANZ security and operational standards.
Project participation as required.
What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Minimum 3 years desktop support experience.
Windows OS architecture knowledge.
Good verbal and written communication.
Ability to deliver outcomes and meet targets in a technically competitive environment.
Some experience with Microsoft Windows Server (2012 or higher), Active Directory, Virtualisation Technologies, Web Technologies, Networking Protocols and Topologies.
Some automation and scripting skills (predominantly DOS, VBscript and PowerShell)
Some experience in systems integration and management.
Some understanding of High Availability and Disaster Recovery design concepts.

**Optional**:
Experience maintaining large-scale best-practice platform configurations.
Experience in disaster recovery procedures and testing at an enterprise level.
Some experience in creating detailed infrastructure designs
Some experience in managing financial systems may be beneficial but not required
SQL data mining and Stored Procedure coding.
