- Building & ConstructionWith over 35 years in the industry, my client has been delivering market-leading mechanical services to the Christchurch construction. They are currently seeking a motivated Maintenance Technician to join their team.

**About the role**:
Your duties will include:

- Preventative and periodic maintenance of air conditioning systems, including single split AC units and commercial VRF/VRV systems
- Maintaining strong relationships with key employees, site supervisors, facility managers, and building owners within customer accounts
- Identifying defects or failures that need to be remedied and reporting these to the maintenance coordinator
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of key suppliers, systems in the industry, and recommended maintenance procedures.
Observing company and customer health and safety policies
