**What will you be doing?**

We have an exciting opportunity on offer for our next Branch Manager to join our fun and welcoming team in our Autolign, Albany Branch.

In this role you’ll have full autonomy to manage the branch end to end, from driving sales and business performance, managing inventory levels, making improvements, to building exceptional relationships with our clients. In addition, you’ll be empowered to recruit, coach, support, and manage your team to be the best in the industry.

- You’ll have experience leading a team in either a retail, or B2B sales environment; ideally in a trades or automotive industry
- You’ll be an inspirational leader with the ability to motivate, coach and inspire your team to success
- You’ll be excited by achieving the sales goals and strategic targets
- You’ll be a natural when it comes to connecting, building rapport, and establishing relationships with customers and team members
- Organised and pro-active in your approach to work, your character is one that sees solutions not problems.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a natural talent for influencing
