Due to unprecedented expansion in the greater Auckland area, my client is looking for a Branch manager to run their new warehouse, shop and showroom in Rosedale, Auckland. This is a full-time position working 8 hours per day, 5 days per week. Applicants should have an interest in fitness, be practical, physically fit, reliable and motivated with excellent sales and or customer service skills.

Due to unprecedented expansion in the greater Auckland area, my client is looking for a Branch manager to run their new warehouse, shop and showroom in Rosedale, Auckland. This is a full-time position working 8 hours per day, 5 days per week. Applicants should have an interest in fitness, be practical, physically fit, reliable and motivated with excellent sales and or customer service skills.

About the role:

- Assemble and deliver fitness equipment (e.g. spin bikes, treadmills, rowers), within the Northshore area.
- Service and repair fitness equipment as required.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to all inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Correspond with customers as required to ensure contractual obligations are met.
- Consistently grow the Northshore customer base for both hire and sales customers.
- Stock management: keep accurate inventories and order new equipment and parts as required.
- Track branch KPI's and take appropriate action to address problems and opportunities as required.

About you:

- Honest, trustworthy and reliable.
- Ambitious and committed to growing the business.
- Excellent communication
- Ability to interact with customers in a positive, friendly manner.
- A good track record in sales and / or customer service.
- Hands on, practical ability (able to work with tools).
- Organized and able to effectively utilize computerized and physical business systems.
