We are currently in search for our next Junior Service Advisor superstar to join our Service Department at our Albany location. You will be joining a supportive, enthusiastic and fun service team who will ensure you are supported through the day-to-day duties of the role.

Duties will include:

- Checking in customer’s vehicles, including a pre-service walk around/inspection of the vehicle.- Explaining the work required / carried out on customers vehicle in detail.- Keeping customers informed throughout the day the status of their vehicle and discuss any extra work required.-
- Providing accurate quotations to customers.- Ensuring accurate customer detail entry.- Invoicing and taking payments.A bit about you:
We are looking for someone who may not have experience in a dealership environment or someone who has a passion for cars and is looking for an entry level position to start them on their Automotive Industry career.
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills.- Great time management and multi-tasking skills.- Computer illiterate with good administrative skills.- A can-do attitude and a fun and outgoing personality.- Sound knowledge of auto mechanics preferred but not essential.- Clean and full drivers license.- Availability to work Saturdays if required.We offer on the job training and support as well as Toyota training also offered. We want to ensure all our staff have the support and training they need to succeed within the role and within the company.
