Working closely with a Senior Planner the key focus of this challenging, broad-scoping role will be to support the assessment of land for the development of housing, and manage the coordination Kāinga Ora's regulatory consenting activity across various Councils in New Zealand. The role also contributes to the research, evaluation and creation of planning frameworks that supports Kāinga Ora urban development objectives and activities.
