**About Northcote Central Kindergarten**
Our beautiful kindergarten is a hidden gem in the heart of Northcote Central, providing a welcoming and inspiring environment for tamariki. We celebrate cultural diversity, strong whānau connections, and a deep respect for the environment as an **Enviroschool**, where sustainable practices and mātauranga Māori are woven into our daily teaching.
We are looking for a **qualified part-time kaiako** to join our **vibrant and multicultural team**, fostering a warm, inclusive, and nurturing environment for tamariki aged 2-5 years. If you are an enthusiastic team player with a strong commitment to **bicultural practice, relationship-building, and lifelong learning**, we would love to hear from you.
**About the Role**
This is a fantastic opportunity for a **registered and certificated ECE kaiako** who is passionate about tamariki-led, play-based learning. You will work **20 hours per week (Monday-Friday)** in a collaborative and well-resourced environment, helping to **nurture tamariki, build meaningful connections with whānau, and foster a love for learning**.
