Reporting to the Chief Executive and as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will have strategic oversight of our HR systems, workforce planning and staff engagement and development. You will lead a team of HR professionals who are responsible for developing comprehensive HR strategies to attract, retain and develop our organisation's people. Promoting a business partnership approach, you will ensure the delivery of reliable and trusted advice to the people leaders supporting our organisation.

The successful appointee will bring extensive proven HR and leadership experience and an innovative, energised, and forward-thinking style to bring out the best in their people.
