We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with drive, exceptional sales capability and experience, and a continuous improvement mindset to manage, develop and grow a high-performing Auckland-based sales team. This role will work alongside our existing Sales Manager and Head of Sales, to strengthen our sales capability and efficiency and continue to hit our aggressive growth targets.

You should be driven, high-energy, and team-oriented and should have excellent sales, sales management and communication skills. Above all, you should love chasing aggressive sales targets and be passionate about improving your sales team’s sales performance.

As a Sales Manager at Tradify, you will play a key role in the ANZ sales function, and a pivotal role in the growth of the Australian & New Zealand customer base. You will build, lead and manage a team of Inside Sales Specialists to help exceed the ANZ customer acquisition targets, supporting them wherever necessary and proactively identifying and implementing opportunities to further improve our sales efficiency.

You’ll love sales, be passionate about helping trade businesses use world-class tech, be able to clearly communicate the Tradify value proposition and build rapport with a variety of different people. You’ll also have a keen interest in learning, be self-aware and be focused on your sales team’s continuous improvement and growth.

**Requirements**:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for contributing to ANZ's growth by managing, developing and enabling an effective team of sales reps. They will improve their teams’ ability and performance by providing day-to-day hands-on assistance with sales enablement, funnel management and the adoption of key sales processes and best practices.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Day to day Sales team management
- Recruit and onboard new team members - our sales team is always growing
- Feedback regularly to the Head of Sales with team risks, and performance issues where we should be preparing to backfill.
- Lead daily sales stand-ups
- Lead weekly sales meetings and other ad hoc and training meetings as required
- Own team Sales Performance management, looking at efficiencies and improvement opportunities for team members
- Lead monthly team training sessions, covering sales skills, sales philosophies and structural improvement
- KPI management, working closely with the team to ensure individual and team KPIs are being hit
- Own GONG coaching and continue to build the library for coaching resources for existing and new sales reps
- Lead the recruitment and onboarding of new team members, to reduce new hire ramp times
- Hold weekly 1:1 call coaching and funnel sessions with each Inside Sales Specialist
- Proactively identify and implement strategies to reach and exceed ANZ sales targets
- Identify and implement new sales process improvements
- Build a strong relationship and coordinate with the Customer Success team, always looking for ways to improve the relationship and coordination between Sales and Customer Success, working together to improve the customer experience
- Work closely with the Marketing team, providing valuable sales feedback and collaborating to identify new opportunities to make our acquisition efforts more efficient
- Be prepared to and willing to jump on the phones to help assist your sales team when required (to help cover vital calls if a team member is unavailable or to help drive total sales number when needed)
