As a Resourcing Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the effective delivery of our transformation programme.
This is a dynamic position where you'll contribute to the coordination and administration of workforce planning and resourcing activities.
The work involves a series of structured processes and tasks that require a high level of attention to detail and precision, ideal for someone who enjoys creating order, thrives on accuracy, and finds satisfaction in keeping things running smoothly.
You'll be the backbone of our resource management, ensuring consistency and reliability in every aspect of your work.
Each day brings opportunities to connect with people across the organisation, making your work both engaging and impactful. You'll build relationships, communicate confidently, and use your proficiency in Excel and other planning tools to ensure data integrity and efficient reporting.
If you come from a project coordinator background, you'll find your skills highly transferable to this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Support coordinated resource planning across the programme to ensure effective allocation and utilisation of capability.
- Maintain accurate records of resource placements, availability, and changes; monitor and flag resourcing risks or issues.
- Monitor and report on resource utilisation, availability, and constraints, ensuring data is accurately captured in relevant systems and tools.
- Manage onboarding of contractor and vendor resources, complete administrative set up, and track details including contract status.

- Experience in resource coordination or workforce planning in a programme or project environment.
- Proficiency in Excel, HR and Finance planning/reporting tools.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity.
