**THE OPPORTUNITY**

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**

As the Senior Designer, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of all design-related projects, both offline and online. Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
**Print**:

- Rollout of new packaging concepts handed over from the NPD team onto final dielines and prepare for print
- Oversee BAU rollout of packaging artwork by the NZ and China design teams
- Review and approve printers proofs
- Design of creative solutions for offline collateral e.g. influencer boxes and POS
- Development of high-end brand documents such as sales presentations and brand guidelines

**Digital**:

- Lead the development of best-in-class digital content and campaigns
- Creation of digital assets such as social tiles, Instagram stories, animations, and videos
- Creation of eDM, presentations and website modules in Figma

**Photography/Videography**:

- Art direction for brand and packaging photoshoots(from ideation to liaising with photographers/videographers and stylists)
- Colour correction of images and videos
- Create packaging renders and shelf shot mockups

**WHAT YOU'LL BRING**:

- 10+ years of experience as a graphic designer, with a focus on brand, packaging and graphic design
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with particular strength in After Effects
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to understand marketing briefs and provide creative, on-brand solutions that meet their objectives
- Mentor and guide junior members of the team
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Qualification in motion graphics, animation, or related field is a plus
