Are you a Senior Designer looking to combine the talents of ideation and craft and can then deliver them with flare, excellence, and innovation? Come and work with this top advertising and design agency located in central Auckland.

In this role you will support the Head of Design in the running and oversight of projects, present to clients and oversee junior level Designers. You will work with minimum supervision and report to the Head of Design and the Operations Manager, who controls the daily workflow.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ability to develop original and innovative design solutions that meet agency/client objectives
- Ability to craft and enhance concepts with the oversight of the Head of Design
- Enjoy working collaboratively with enthusiasm in a team environment and love a laugh
- The maintenance and correct usage of Agency equipment
- Poise under pressure
- Present work with passion and flare
- High level of attention to detail and work accuracy
- Preparation of finalised artwork for production output
- Able to learn, connect, teach, and mentor other designers and lead out projects
- Keeping acquainted with the latest technology and software developments Ability to forge strong client relationships

**Skills Required**:

- Understanding of conceptual design process
- A proficiency in Adobe CC
- An understanding of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Collaboration through the design process and taking direction and feedback
- Understanding and capability of building artwork for packaging, POS, and campaign execution
- Communication and good sense of humour under pressure A listening ear and ability to distil and understand briefing and production spec information

You are a ball of energy, with lots of positivity and will have an exceptional book of work. It will showcase a breadth of work across design and advertising comms, branding, packaging - and digital is a bonus. You are a people person with a great/collaborative attitude, who is keen to build into the culture of the team and the juniors under your leadership. You will be fantastic with ideation, and presenting skills, along with an understanding of te ao Māori would also be an absolute bonus.
