**What will you do?**

We are seeking a Finance Business Partner - Marketing and Technology to join our Finance team. In this role, you will provide outstanding internal customer service by delivering trusted, insightful and comprehensive financial reporting to our Marketing and Technology teams.

You will play a key role in enabling effective financial management, strategic planning and informed decision-making by providing accurate and timely reporting, forecasting, and analysis. You'll work closely with senior leaders across the business, building strong relationships and delivering high-impact insights that drive performance and long-term value.

Key responsibilities but are not limited to:

- Providing timely and accurate financial information and business support to assist effective financial management, oversight and decision-making of the Marketing and Technology teams.
- Assisting with the effective implementation of budgeting and forecasting process for the Marketing and Technology team
- Producing monthly reporting and insights for the Marketing and Technology teams with comparison to both budget and prior year performance
- Proactively driving improvements to financial processes and the quality of information provided to the Marketing and Technology teams, driving enhanced commercial decision making
- Providing support for and assisting with business case writing for the Marketing and Technology team
- Managing internal customer relationships by responding to the needs of the Senior Executive Team, Senior Leadership Team, and other internal customers.

**Who are you?**
- You will ideally be CA qualified with 5+ years commercial or public practice experience, either way you are passionate about growth, are able to think critically and have a track record of thriving in a fast-paced financial environment
- You ideally have experience with Greentree, PowerBI, and IBM Planning & Analytics software
- You have exceptional communication skills and demonstrate the ability to build valuable relationships, both internally and externally
- You have experience in a similar role, ideally within the business partnering or management accounting space
