**What will you do?**

We are seeking a motivated Insights Business Partner to join our Data and Analytics team. In this role you will be providing advanced reporting and analysis, transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and operational efficiency across our business. This role will support our business objectives by enabling data-informed strategies and fostering continuous improvement within our Finance function.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Translate complex technical, analytical, and financial data into simple, clear, and actionable insights that support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate closely with management and key stakeholders to prioritise business needs and information requirements, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Develop and implement robust data collection systems and strategies that enhance statistical accuracy, data quality, and overall value for the organisation
- Utilise a range of reporting tools and techniques to analyse data, create comprehensive reports, and effectively communicate insights to diverse audiences
- Gather data from various internal and external sources, storing it within an analytics environment for streamlined reporting

**Who are you?**
- You will have 5+ years experience in relevant analytics or insights roles
- You have strong commercial and financial acumen
- You will have a proven ability to tell a story with data, with strong influencing skills
- You will ideally have experience in systems and programming languages, including Power BI, DAX, Excel, or SQL
- You value people and kindness and are passionate about delivering results
- You strive for excellence and look for ways to exceed expectations. You can deliver with confidence in a fast-paced environment
