Our Opportunity
We currently have an opportunity for a Finance Business Partner based in Christchurch to partner with our Meadow Fresh site. As the Business Partner you will be expected to work with the Site Leadership team and advise on financial and commercial performance to drive long-term profitability.
In order to achieve this, your key responsibilities will include:

- Lead the integrated business planning (Strategic Plan, Budget and S&OP) processes for the Meadow Fresh site
- Own the budgeting & forecasting processes for the site and conduct variance analysis including commentary (labour costs, production costs)
- Perform product costing, utilisation analysis and manufacturing reporting
- Create business case financials for the site including Capex proposal, ensuring key risks and alternatives are considered for Capex Investments, CI projects, and new product development

About You
In order to make this role a success, we are looking for an experienced finance professional who has a background in partnering and an understanding of the dairy and/or manufacturing industry.
Specifically, some of the experiences and skillsets we are looking for include:

- CA/CPA qualification - or equivalent - would be useful
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to advise and hold to account stakeholders of all levels
- A working knowledge of the dairy industry is a must
- Experience in using SAP would be useful
- Resilience and a happiness to get stuck in, for example with reworkings
