**Join Our Team as a Digital Print Operator**

Are you passionate about digital printing and finishing? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and quality are paramount? We are looking for a skilled **Digital Print Operator** to join our team and contribute to our high standards of secure digital printing, finishing, and dispatch operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate in-house digital printing devices to produce top-quality printed materials.
- Prepare and impose files using provided software to ensure successful print outcomes.
- Handle print finishing tasks and assist with dispatch operations, ensuring timely completion.
- Manage printer consumables and inventory levels, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Prioritize jobs according to scheduled requirements to meet deadlines.
- Ensure all printed materials are checked for accuracy and adhere to job specifications.
- Maintain strict security measures while packing and finishing confidential documents.
- Support copy centre operations and assist with changing wide format paper and lamination rolls.
- Communicate effectively with customers about order status and assist with inquiries.
- Collaborate with the administration team to create and maintain job tickets.
- Keep customers informed about order status—ready for dispatch or collection.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with any print finishing or dispatch-related queries.

**Mōu | Who You Are**
- 4+ years of experience with digital printing devices and finishing equipment.
- Proficient in print finishing, dispatch procedures, and associated processes.
- Previous experience in customer service would be ideal, handling a wide range of inquiries professionally.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while making the best use of available resources.
- Creative problem-solving skills to offer innovative print finishing solutions.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and take initiative.
- A National Certificate Level 3 or equivalent (NCEA 3) is preferred.
