- Have relevant experience and qualifications in business or health management or related fields
- Demonstrate commitment to understanding our obligations to the Te Tiriti of Waitangi and evidence of leading a system that is fair and where our people are served well
- Understand the importance of an inclusive and supportive workplace culture
- Be committed to working in partnership with our clinical and administration leads, to deliver the service in line with best practice clinical and business standards.
